Connect and make a plan
During your complimentary Fit Consultation, we’ll discuss your priorities and planning scope. For direct clients, the agreement and planning fee are completed before personalized research begins.
Choose, book, and prepare
I’ll help you compare suitable options, navigate booking details, and stay on top of important deadlines and travel preparation.

Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort, and Disney Cruise Line. Get help understanding your options and the details that matter to your family.
Cruise vacations
Carnival Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean, and Disney Cruise Line. Compare ships, itineraries, staterooms, and onboard experiences with informed guidance.
I also assist with qualifying group travel. Airfare, transfers, excursions, and other extras depend on your trip and the agreed planning scope. Universal Orlando vacations are not currently offered.

These starting fees apply to direct clients. Your exact fee is confirmed after your Fit Consultation and before research begins, based on trip scope and complexity. Planning fees are separate from vacation costs and supplier payments, and become non-refundable once customized research or covered planning work begins.
Standard planning generally includes personalized research, curated options, reasonable revisions, booking guidance, deadline monitoring, and general pre-travel assistance for reservations booked through Fox & Harbor. Complex coordination, major changes, or a detailed daily itinerary may require an additional quoted service; any additional fee is explained and approved before that work begins.
Eligible Avoya Live Leads are not charged a planning fee when Avoya’s applicable no-fee guarantee or host-agency rules prohibit one. Read the full company policies →
